  • Moving Meditation (Tai Chi–Qigong) to relax the body and mind through simple, flowing movements, controlled breathing and gentle visualization.
  • Mindfulness Meditation, grounded in traditional Buddhist teachings, to cultivate awareness and manage stress, anxiety and other difficult emotions.

Cost: The class itself is being taught for free, as Chris and Michelle are generously volunteering their time. We invite you to make a donation of $5 or more to Coast Yoga to help cover studio running costs and keep community offerings like this sustainable. Donations can be made cash only. 
How to joinBook Online like you would other classes. Please note that it is set up on Punchpass as a free class, meaning that your existing yoga passes will not be marked off when booking or attending. 

How donations work: Chris will take students names on a piece of paper and there will be a Donations bowl to put donations in (Cash Only). This is to keep administration simple and avoid the considerable time it would take to process an entire class worth of payment on the EFTPOS terminal.

What to Bring: Bring comfortable clothing; no prior experience is needed. Students may prefer to bring their own cushion for sitting on the floor or make use of out Yoga Bolsters, chairs or blankets.
