6-week beginners yoga course. Suitable for students that are new to yoga or have had a break and want a refresher in the basics of Iyengar yoga. Current students with active passes can also attend with their usual pass instead of buying a ticket. 

In this course the foundation poses are introduced over 6 consecutive weeks. After the course students can continue in our general and ongoing beginners classes.
