Class length
60 minutes

Location

These midday sessions are designed to offer deep rest and gentle reconnection, especially for those feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or simply a little lost. You don’t need to bring anything but yourself; come just as you are. What is Yoga Nidra? Yoga Nidra is a guided, restorative meditation practice that invites you into a deeply relaxed yet conscious state, often described as a bridge between waking and sleep. It is profoundly restful and is said to be as nourishing as several hours of sleep. This gentle practice helps release physical tension, quiet the mind, and restore balance to the nervous system. Your body rests while your awareness is softly guided inward, allowing you to connect with a sense of ease, presence, and self-understanding, without needing to concentrate or "do it right." Yoga Nidra can be especially supportive for those navigating emotional shifts, life transitions, or feeling disconnected from themselves.

It offers a space to soften, reflect, and come home to what matters most. Benefits may include:
• Reduced stress, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm
• Improved sleep and deep rest
• Nervous system regulation and grounding
• Increased clarity, calm, and inner resilience
• Reconnection with intuition, purpose, and values
• Gentle support through burnout, fatigue, and change
• Also featuring sound bowl healing

Each session invites you to come just as you are—tired, tender, curious, or open. Yoga Nidra meets you there
